  Top High Schools in Arkansas

Northwest Arkansas is home to six of the ten top high schools in Arkansas. Fayetteville's own Haas Hall Academy is ranked #1 in the state and #13 in the entire nation. This high school boasts a greater than 95% graduation rate and offer 3 additional locations in Bentonville, Rogers, and Springdale. The other top 5 high schools are the Northwest Arkansas Classical Academy High School in Bentonville (state rank #2) , Bentonville High School (#3), Rogers New Technology High School (#5), Fayetteville High School (#7), and Bentonville West High School (#8).

  University of Arkansas

The flagship place for higher education in the state of Arkansas, the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville is ranked in the top 15% of best education programs in the United States. Founded in 1871, the University of Arkansas has a student population of just under 31,000 and 3,300 staff members. The university has 10 colleges and schools that together offer 96 undergraduate majors, 97 master's degree programs, and 50 doctoral programs.  The Carnegie Foundation classifies the U of A among the only 3 % of university in America that have the highest level of research activities. The most unique feature of the U of A is Senior Walk: all degree-recipients have their name etched in the sidewalk under their graduating class. Currently the are more than 4 miles of Senior Walk, and will continue to growth.

  Higher Education Expanding

Bentonville will be the home of the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine which will offer four-year, medical degree-granting programs; starting with the inaugural class of 2025. The school will be a national, state-of-the-art medical facility. The programs will be taught by leading medical and scientific minds.
