  Nationally Recognized Museum

Founded in 2011, Crystal Bridges is a world-class collection of American art, stunning architecture, and 120 acres of Ozark forest with five miles of trails. Admission to the museum is always free. Founded by philanthropist and arts patron Alice Walton, Crystal Bridges is a public non-profit charitable organization. Crystal Bridges takes its name from a nearby natural spring and the bridge construction incorporated in the building, designed by world-renowned architect Moshe Safdie. A series of pavilions nestled around two spring-fed ponds house galleries, meeting and classroom spaces, and a large, glass-enclosed gathering hall

  Sculptures & Installations

NWA is a canvas for public art. Such as the "PIGSibition" which featured more than a dozen razorbacks sculptures around Fayetteville. PIGShibition place 25 six-foot-tall pigs all over Fayetteville. The pigs are painted by local artists, sponsored by local businesses, and then placed somewhere in town. Some of the pigs were sold to fundraise and bring awareness to the Ozark Literacy Council, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing basic literacy and language instruction for area residents.

  Building Murals Galore

From Bentonville to Fayetteville, there are numerous beautiful large murals painted by local, nation, and international artists. Fayetteville also promote approved artwork on fire hydrants and utility boxes.  Find all the 150+ Fayetteville murals are public art exhibits here: Fayetteville Public Art. Bentonville boasts a very string public art presence with 135 creative sites (Bentonville Art Map).   Bentonville Film Festival

"BFF" as it's locally known brings major actors to the area. The BFF Foundation, chaired by Academy Award-Winner, Genna Davis, provides year-round support for filmmakers who live the mission of highlighting underrepresented voices in media. The Bentonville Film Festival is a week-long event in June featuring competition titles and independent artists; as well as panel discussion of tends, technology, and all things film.  The BFF Foundation champion female, non-binary, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, API, and persons with disabilities’ voices in entertainment and media. The foundation believes that by taking real action with content creators, talent, influencers, advertisers, and content distributors, we can accurately reflect the gender balance and diversity of our country.
