First residential real estate market statistics of 2026 for Benton and Washington County! 🤓
January was pretty typical as far as Januarys go. Much slower than most of the rest of the year, but a slight up-tick from December, as we start seeing activity gradually increase into spring.
We can’t say there are any statistics that stand out to us particularly noteworthy. Much of the large percentage changes are typical for that end-of-year to new-year transition. Meaning, nothing from the January statistics shows major shifts in the NWA residential market. Hopefully it’s another great year for homeowners in our area!
