In the last 3 years, less than 6% of transactions at Acquire Realty are for leased properties (tenants or landlords). We focus on helping buyers and sellers. Generally speaking, out of every 3 clients, 1 has been a sellers and 2 were buyers. However in terms of closed-dollars, in 2023, 3 out of every 4 dollars was from buyer-clients. In 2024, we will continue on helping buyers find their new dream home, and sellers sell properties with as smooth of a transaction as possible.
