Tracey House, Principal Broker

I'm an Arkansas native; born and raised in the Northwest Arkansas & River Valley area. I completed my Bachelors in Mathematics - Emphasis in Statistics at the University of Arkansas in 2012; and then obtained my Masters in Statistics & Analytics from the University of Arkansas in 2014. While in graduate school, I taught undergraduate course, including Calculus 1 and Intro to Statistics; as well as, served as the Vice President of the Arkansas Women in Statistics & Mathematics (AWSM) for 2 years.

 

My real estate career started in 2015, when I obtained my Arkansas Real Estate Salesperson License. At the same time, I started my personal adventures in real estate investing when I co-founded a real estate investment company to buy, fix, and flip residential properties in the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley area. In 2016, myself and 2 other real estate investors started a local nonprofit meet-up group for investors in the area; where I served as a member of the Board of Directors.

Expanding my knowledge of real estate investing outside of residential properties, I dedicated multiple years to understanding and obtaining insight around commercial real estate. I sought out and learned from investors that had invested $100M+ in their designated specialty; including in multifamily, retail stores, strip centers and office space. This knowledge has been invaluable in helping investors find high quality investment properties.

 

In the spring of 2020, I acquired my Arkansas Real Estate Broker License. After being part of 2 nationally recognized brokerages for the first 4+ years as an agent, I had the opportunity to help develop a new brokerage in Rogers, AR by serving as the Principal Broker of 12 agents. In 2021, I started my own brokerage, Acquire Realty, in an effort to help real estate investors build their portfolios. I also take pride in building a brokerage that strives to empower our agents to find their niche and build their brand.

 

In July 2022, in an effort to expand the resources available to clients, I obtained an Arkansas Auctioneer License. For the client that want reduce the stresses and uncertainty of selling a property, we offer the option of selling the property by auction. After almost 2 year in operation, I decided to expanded Acquire Realty's reach into Missouri. We've had several clients voice interest in Missouri, but we haven't been able to help them. In November 2022 I got my Missouri Broker license, and sever as the Designated Broker for our Missouri brokerage operations.

 

I am also a licensed Notary Public in Arkansas as of 2020, and I offer free notarization service to clients of the brokerage.
