Originally from Washington State, I arrived in Arkansas to a growing and thriving community. I had previously worked at a publishing company where I learned about marketing and advertising sales on a weekly arts and entertainment publication and later was involved in selling art, design and framing at a local art gallery. Fast forward and I relocated to NWA Arkansas to assist in opening an art gallery, where I worked with local artists, clients and commercial accounts.
I became employed by General Growth Properties in 2006, the management company for Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Spanning 152-acres this open-air retail center presents more than 100 distinctive retailers and is a welcome mix to the popularity of our region reporting record traffic and sales.
In 2019, the mall was purchased by Brookfield Properties Retail Group who ranks among the largest retail real estate companies in the United States. Their extensive portfolio of mall properties spans the nation, encompassing more than 170 locations across 43 states and representing over 146 million square feet of retail space. Working in this environment has given me the opportunity for up close daily experience in working with retail tenants, business development leases and assisting the commercial management team on site.
I became a real estate agent in the summer of 2017 focusing on residential, commercial and investment sales. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I work hard every day to help them find the property they are looking for.
